They have a 1/4 success rate in detecting synths and every experiment requires the death of the subject to see if they were truly a synth, and as stated above many of their results are false positives. I feel bad for the covenant citizens with the exception of Jacob, Patrick and Swanson but I cant allow thousands of people to die for a pipe dream.

I believe the mayor has a key you can pickpocket, but the house is also unlocked in the early morning. Pickpocket it from almost any of the residences, or wait until morning around 7 or 8 when they will open the door, there should be a house key at Jacob's nightstand next to the bed in there (not the bunkbeds, the other one) 479K subscribers in

I love covenant. I can enter Covenant but only after passing the test at the gate, after that I can go in and out. But in recent reincarnations, I leave Covenant alone until I have a decent sniper rifle and take out the gate man. Then I walk away and go 'elsewhere' to get rid of the Covenant baddies. From that point on I am public enemy No 1.
